"We want to offer a tightly edited variety of gowns that won't overwhelm brides, yet will give them options in terms of cut, color, details, and budget" ~ Lorilee Keller, La Novia
Located on the edge of Gastown, Vancouver's newest bridal salon focuses on the avant-garde vibe of its locale. The shop carries an eclectic assortment of exclusive high quality gowns in silk and lace, by renown local designers. That cater to a variety of budgets (gowns range from $1400 to $3000) and bodies.

La Novia also carries designs by Tara Akins aimed at the bride looking for something on the simpler side, such as her classic "garden party" dresses made from silk charmeuse layered with chiffon for a beautiful flowing silhouette and her 1950's style polka dot dress that conjures images of classic Audrey Hepburn.

In addition to their avant-garde selection, the boutique also carries a special "Asiana" line featuring Asian inspired dresses, including a Japanese kimono style wedding dress adorned with hand stitched flowers and a decadent obi sash as well as a red silk brocade modern version of the classic Chinese Qi Pao, often worn as a second dress for Chinese weddings.
